Who?
Ever feel that your brain is like an unorganized office? – files scattered all over, disheveled piles of super important tasks, one on top of the other, constant chaos everywhere you look! We need to go ahead and Empty Your Head so you can find some peace. Without having enough helpful tools to aid you through the “mess,” your thoughts will continue to circulate through your head and hinder your clarity. We want to tackle this Head on, so you can succeed at: communicating properly, making decisions with ease, solving problems, and maintaining moods of serenity.
What?
What causes this constant mind chatter and scatter brained lifestyle? The answer is not an insult, but more of an objective and accurate assessment: you are a lazy thinker. You also have a need to be “on” all the time. “Yikes!”-you may say; but fear not, we know What to do. You have simply developed a habit/pattern of putting yourself 2nd to everyone else. So actually this is a super awesome and fun issue to overcome!!! “Yippee!”-you may now shout out! We will get You back on track with You, it feels soooo good, and your problems will be solved. “Poof!”
Where?
“Where did this start from?” It doesn’t matter at all, STOP thinking about that!! You want to know, “Where do I find relief from the thoughts in my head?” First, we must find Where there’s some space in that head of yours. Currently, your brain occupies thoughts about EVERYTHING!!, all the time, and without a filter. You think about: your job, your kids, your parents, your family, your friends, your list of things to do, what you did 15 years ago, what you will do 15 years from now, what happened last week, plans for today-tomorrow-next month, appointments, errands, events, money, love, sacrifice, clothes, shoes, books, movies, pets, holidays…..oh my, the list keeps going on. Where have you “scheduled” and “appointed” time for You to think about You?-Oh no, you didn’t.
When?
When you have discovered that constant feelings of overwhelment, confusion, irritation, impatience, and powerlessness have to stop, when will you find the time to fix it? Never. There’s just too much going on right now. The question is, When have you had enough discomfort to make a new choice for yourSelf? I hope the time is now!!-let’s get going! First, we need to address your lazy thinking. You currently have allowed too many thoughts and information to enter into your brain. You are not lazy because you aren’t thinking; you’re doing that all the time. You are lazily letting thoughts control you instead of you controlling thoughts. Therefore you only think about, let’s say, steps 1, 2, and 3-however, there are 20 steps to an end result. When you have so many thoughts you think are super important, it becomes super difficult to focus only on one long enough to go through all 20 steps. So you quit, and move on-without ever coming to a conclusion or feeling good.
Why?
Why are you full of mind chatter constantly? Because, you have trained your brain to receive and deliver without processing. Processing information is the stage of thinking that allows you to form an opinion, experience an emotion, assess what’s best for you, and make a decision. Unfortunately, you are not currently processing-oh shoot, and that’s the fun part!! Why you aren’t processing depends on you individually and regardless of Why this doesn’t currently go on all you must now is develop habits of processing. Moreover, you need to understand your mind chatter. Mind chatter goes on because information is received and delivered on the outside (this is good, keep doing this), and processing information on the inside. You are NOT processing; therefore, ALL your “inside” head space is occupied by this “unprocessed” information. Why not start processing and clear some space in your head?
