Welcome to the world of Miss Brecka B Farr, how exciting
Born and raised in Wisconsin, she now resides in Chicago, Illinois. With the 2003 passing of her Father and the 2009 relocation/dream fulfillment of her Mother to Hawaii; this only child has developed strong and useful tools of staying “connected.” Awareness, communication, emotional development, and connection to herself are the key nuggets of gold Brecka uses constantly to maintain and appreciate the ups and downs life has to offer. But it wasn’t always that easy…
Brecka struggled many years with insecurities: feeling invisible, not good enough, powerless, hopeless. Faced many obstacles of: poverty, loss and death, and feeling utterly alone, separate. Key emotions were often: anger, rage, overwhelment, and boredom. Endured serious ailments of chronic headaches, stomachaches, feet and ankle problems, acute neck pain; then later down the road critical depression. But alas, she never stopped believing that it was all for something and that there was truly a way out!
She was exposed to and started absorbing the teachings of Louise Hay and Marianne Williamson at the age of eight. She then explored and learned many healing modalities; such as, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Sixth Sensory living. Although overcoming pain and emotional desperations were the initial incentives for reaching out to such alternative alternatives, she knew that this was the right path for her and what she needed at the time. She went on to study Spiritual Psychology, and graduated from two years of intense and extensive training. She also had a lot of support through sessions of Life Coaching, EFT, Trager, Massage Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Body and Energy Work. She also couldn’t get enough of The Law of Attraction, the wise words of Karen Bishop, and inspiring messages of Doreen Virtue.

WOW!! This(@meddling topic and how to…) is freaking awesome!@#!!….
I feel as though I’ve been hit on my brick forehead with a wood plank! But in a good way, like cracking it open to let the stagnant & stuck stuff out…as naturally a brick forehead can be a bit dense sometimes
Hoping that it will sink in and I can start practicing this and make my life better. Thank you
What’s that expression, ‘ignorance is bliss’…yea, I’m starting to get that as I get older! :p
I think I will read this often, despite not being much of a reader!
And thanks for acknowledging how smart we are, despite our overzealous and sometimes insensitive good intentions can turn out. (even if you were being sarcastic, we are smart!
Peace and thanks again!
